TERRA HILL BY HOI HUP SUNWAY

Another exciting launch is coming soon. The new Terra Hill condo on the site of the former Flynn Park. A freehold land parcel at the end of Yew Siang Road, within 5 minutes walk from Pasir Panjang MRT station.

Ho Hup Sunway bought the land for SGD$371 million, and will be developing around 250 units here. Tentatively scheduled to launch at end 2022 or early 2023, with pricing expected to be over $2,400 PSF.
